Labor Day Trip

We traveled to Northern California for an annual get together with some friends. Our first stop after lunch at Gar Woods in Carnelian Bay was Grover Hot Springs State Park in Markleeville for a three night camping adventure. This was my sixth trip to Grovers and it was great to get back to the Sierras.

We also stopped in Reno, NV after our camping trip to stay with a friend for a few nights, and then took a quick day trip to Napa to check out some wineries. We visited Clos du Val, ZD, Cakebread Cellars, and ended the day at Domaine Chandon with some bubbly.
